Broker/Owner Connie Liappas became a Weichert franchisee in May 2004, opening the doors to her once-independent agency as the newly-named WEICHERT, REALTORS^® - Liappas Agency. Located at 343 Plandome Rd. in Manhasset in a brand new building, Connie says the office is "the best location in Manhasset."

Connie has been in real estate for 19 years overall. She was raised in New York and has been a Manhasset resident and businessperson for 20 years.

Along with a full menu of real estate services to home sellers and buyers, an active, ongoing recruiting campaign is one of the house specialties, created “to meet the ever-growing real estate demands with the most well trained agents in the business.” At the time of franchising, the company had nine full-time agents. Five new recruits have been added to date under the new program.
